Working in the Fusion Applications Technical Architecture team which has been tasked with defining the next generation SaaS architecture based on cloud native principles running in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Responsible for managing projects within the NetSuite operations group who is responsible to move the NetSuites ERP product from a global classic data center model to Oracle's cloud infrastructure (OCI).
Responsible for Program management of the software development life-cycle from conception to customer test for premier terminal management software product with multiple releases per year. Main focus of this role is working with Product Marketing and Engineering to establish clear requirements, working with Engineering to properly scope the content of each release, then coordinating through the development phase to analyze and mitigate risk, resolve issues and oversee the change management process when necessary. Manage 14 software engineers specializing in BIOS/Firmware and factory automation software, in conjunction with leading a team with expertise in agile software development. Work directly with key stakeholders, establishing clear expectations and communication plan to prioritize detailed requirements-based backlog. Negotiated and authored Statements of Work for new business opportunities.
Selected to lead a small team during the implementation of Syteline ERP system for the global Service and Support (SAS) group within Intel Graphics Software. Managed team of up to fifteen domestic and offshore resources. Consulted with company functional departments and industry experts to build consensus on design goals and priorities, in addition to communicating with company executives to establish a strategic plan for future technology investments.
Led 3 cross-functional teams encompassing a total of 24 employees. Managed international resources within Israel, Bangalore, Poland and China. Coordinated the development, testing, implementation, and installation of new applications and processes using technologies Team Foundation Server, SQL Server, C#, Python. Analyzed, interpreted, and documented detailed project specifications for new and existing applications in accordance to client methodologies.
Managed 13 team members delivering graphic software development and validation tool projects, in addition to ongoing support. Software tools included: Source Control, Build, Image, Test and Release.
Steered software tool development and validation activities for Intel's Graphics program teams. Implemented new Microsoft Vista OS versions in conjunction with Software Graphics Validation teams.
